User Agreement
Effective Date: February 8, 2026. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The RankPulse website, competition pages, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") are provided subject to this User Agreement. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
2. No Investment or Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All trading and transaction decisions are made solely by the user at their own discretion.
3. Assumption of All Risks by User
You expressly accept all risks related to blockchain and trading activity, including but not limited to price volatility, leverage risk, liquidity loss, oracle/bridge failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, private key loss, wallet compromise, front-running/MEV, network congestion, forks, downtime, and technical failures.
4. Smart Contracts and Third-Party Services
The Platform may interact with decentralized exchanges, smart contracts, RPC providers, data providers, and other third-party infrastructure. The Platform is not responsible for losses, failures, exploits, delays, or any other damages caused by third-party services or protocols.
5. User Responsibility for Own Transactions
You are solely responsible for every transaction you perform, including orders, approvals, transfers, contract interactions, and wallet actions. You agree that you cannot hold the Platform liable for outcomes arising from your own actions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its owners, admins, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or reputation.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform and related parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform, your transactions, or your breach of this agreement.
8. Competition Rules and Eligibility
Competition rules, minimum volume thresholds, reward structures, and eligibility requirements may be updated at any time. The Platform may reject, disqualify, or remove users suspected of abuse, manipulation, fraud, or policy violations.
9. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
The Platform may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate any feature or service at any time, with or without notice. The Platform is not liable for any impact caused by service interruptions or changes.
10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Your continued use of the Platform confirms ongoing acceptance of the current agreement.
